On December 6th, MCEA members and elected officials from across Maryland came together for our legislative reception, “Together for Tomorrow.” This annual tradition gives educators and policymakers a chance to discuss the most pressing issues facing our schools.
This year’s event featured keynote remarks from Delegate Jheanelle Wilkins and music from the Montgomery County Senior High School Honors Jazz Ensemble. Attendees also publicly showed their support for public education by making pledges on our “Pledge Wall.”
