#FeelGoodFridays! MCEA Social Media Series 

Tell us something good! We love seeing our members thriving, sharing small joys, and personal achievements. Sharing these personal stories can help bring our union community closer together. Feel Good Fridays is a social media series that highlights our members’ little wins to remind us that there’s something to celebrate every week. Do you have something to celebrate? Please share it in the form below, and we will try to feature your story on MCEA’s social media channels!

Guidelines

This is a space to honor achievements that might otherwise go unnoticed in the community. If your story is being celebrated at an awards ceremony or other event, congratulations! You’re welcome to submit that story here, but in general, we will prioritize smaller stories and personal victories. No feel-good story is too small! Participated in a park clean up with your family? Ran your first 5k?  Share those stories with us!

If you are submit stories about work, please do not include content with students or students’ academic work or provide any identifiable information about a specific school or classroom.

Process 

While we can’t guarantee that your story will be featured on MCEA’s social media platforms, we will try our best to feature your story in some way during the school year. If your story is selected by your MCEA team, we will only follow up with you if we need additional information.

Consent/Authorization

By submitting your story, including any related photographs, videos, or other media, to MCEA, you are authorizing MCEA to publish and distribute the content as part of MCEA’s #FeelGoodFriday social media posts. I understand that the content may be edited for length, clarity, and promotional purposes; however, the meaning and context of the story will not be materially altered. MCEA will not distribute or use the content for any other purpose or as part of any other social media campaign.
