So You’re The Leader Of A Team. Now What?

Attend . The Institute consists of four, full-day sessions. Select one or all in any order best suited to your needs. Who Should Come? Team Leaders, Resource Teachers, Elected Faculty Reps, MCEA Reps and other School Leadership Team members.

Module 4: Culture, Climate and Engagement – PARTICIPATION IN THIS MODULE REQUIRES A TEAM OF (4) FOUR FROM A SCHOOL.

Improving the culture and climate of a school requires effective skills and leadership dispositions. Learn how to determine root causes, hold courageous conversations and develop strong improvement plans that focus on improving overall school climate and culture.  You will be able to immediately apply new skills, tools and processes you learn to promote a strong and collegial school.
