$1 for every completion of member benefit review and we add extra for certain Tiers:
4,000 reviews we add an additional $1000 = $5,0000/$15 per bag = 333 back packs
5,000 reviews we add an additional $1500 = $6500/$15 per bag = 433 back packs
6,000 reviews we add an additional $1750 = $7750/$15 per bag = 517 back packs
7,500 reviews we will donate $10,000 total = $10,000/$15 per bag = 667 back packs
