We need strong leaders to help move our schools and communities to safer, more equitable, more empowered places where everyone is welcomed and respected. The 2020 Minority Affairs Committee Leadership Cohort Training features leadership, coalition-building, and racial justice training grounded in diversity, inclusion and equity—providing critical knowledge and skills that will define each participant’s leadership journey as an anti-racist educator and change agent for dismantling racism in public education.
