The Institute consists of four, full-day sessions. Select one or all in any order best suited to your needs. Who Should Come? Team Leaders, Resource Teachers, Elected Faculty Reps, MCEA Reps and other School leadership Team members.
Module 3: Collaborative Planning
Clear roles, strong skills and proven tools allow teams to collaborate on what matters most for teaching and learning. More than running a meeting, collaboration requires a strong focus on student needs, team functions, reflective practices, and decision making. Learn how to shift from “running a meeting” to cultivating collaboration and immediately apply new tools, structures and processes to help the individuals in your group become a collaborative team focused on teaching and learning.
All modules are held at the MCEA Conference Center: 8:00am – 3:30pm. MCEA Leave is provided. Refreshments and a light lunch are provided. Seating is limited!
