Join MCEA in learning how to use progressive best practices to advance the academic lives of students!

The Montgomery County Education Association is pleased to offer a two-day training entitled Introduction to Restorative Practices Circles.  The training is led by MCEA members certified by the International Institute for Restorative Practices (  The program is being offered three times this fall.  It is broken up into four modules over the course of 4 days.  You must attend all for modules within each session to be certified.

*Course fee: $24- to cover the cost of two resource books that will be provided to participants; The Restorative Practices Handbook: for Teachers, Disciplinarians and Administrators and Restorative Circles in Schools:  Building Community and Enhancing Learning (both published by IIRP).  The course fee will be collected at the first class.  Checks should be made out to MCEA.
