MoCo Student Loan Refinance Authority (MCSLRA) Bill Passes the General Assembly!

The proposed legislation enabling the creation of a Montgomery County (MD) Student Loan Refinance Authority (MCSLRA) has successfully passed the Maryland state legislature! MCEA is proud to be sponsoring a bill that will allow individuals to refinance their student loans with the County Government.
